Aloha kākou, I’m Katie.
I am a REALTOR® on Oʻahu with eXp Realty, and I work the whole island. Windward, East Honolulu, town, the Leeward coast and up to the North Shore.
Oʻahu is home. I have raised my girls here, built my business here, and learned this island street by street, which is the only way anyone really learns it.
That time shows up in the work. I know the school boundaries and the commute at the hour you will actually be driving it. I know which buildings have their insurance in order and which ones will cost you a loan. And I know the difference between a neighborhood that looks right in photos and one that will suit the way your family actually lives.
Respecting this place and the people in it matters to me more than any part of the job. I love introducing people to it, and I take real pleasure in watching a family land somewhere that fits them.

I will tell you the truth
Including when the house you love is overpriced, when your asking price is too high, and when the honest answer is to wait or to walk away. I would rather lose a transaction than your trust.
Numbers, with sources
Look at my market page. Every figure has a citation and a date, and where the public data is too thin I say so rather than publish something I cannot stand behind.
Concierge, genuinely
Stagers, photographers, inspectors, lenders, movers, contractors. I have the people and I manage them, so you are not spending your evenings chasing quotes.
I answer my phone
Call, text, whatever is easiest. If I miss you I call back. This is a relationship business and I treat it like one.
This is who I am working for
My husband, my two girls, and a life built on this island. School runs, beach afternoons, and a genuine stake in how these neighborhoods do over the next twenty years.
You will also find me on the water. Outrigger, distance races, early mornings when the channel is flat and the light is still pink over the Koʻolaus. It is the best thing about living here and it is also, not coincidentally, how I know this coastline as well as I do.
